As a Senior Solution Architect at Finsire, you will collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams to define architectural vision and drive the technical roadmap for critical financial systems. You will play a key leadership role in ensuring that our platforms are scalable, cloud-ready, secure, and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

Senior Solution Architects at Finsire are instrumental in shaping and executing the architectural direction of our core financial products. Key responsibilities include:

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and modular Java-based solutions aligned with business objectives
  
  
• Lead the development of a modular loan origination system for various credit instruments using microservices architecture
  
  
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
  
  
• Define and enforce best practices for architecture, design patterns, and coding standards across teams
  
  
• Ensure systems are cloud-ready, resilient, and performance-optimized
  
  
• Guide and mentor development teams through code reviews and architectural planning
  
  
• Participate in solutioning around mutual funds, credit systems, and other BFSI domain products
  
  

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical expertise, deep domain knowledge in BFSI, and strong leadership capabilities. Key qualifications include:

• 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development and architecture
  
  
• Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architecture
  
  
• Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs, Spring Boot, and scalable system design
  
  
• Deep domain knowledge in BFSI, particularly in credit products, mutual funds, and loan origination systems
  
  
• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture patterns, system integration, and modular system design
  
  
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
